FAQ

Our main office, lab, design center, and warehouse are located north of Atlanta in Woodstock, GA. Our larger warehouse where a majority of our product is stored and shipped is located further north close to Jasper, GA.
Absolutely and it always will be. John Linens is a division of Luck Brothers Local, LLC which is owned by the Luck family. Natalie & Chase Luck are the proprietors of the company but, much of the family does play a part in the business in addition to many other team members and partners throughout Georgia, the US, and China.

As a linens and scent designer and manufacturer, we do our best to go above and beyond when it comes to a minimal carbon footprint as well as a business model and product approach that supports this belief and practice. This includes utilizing recyclable materials and boxes for shipping and movement of merchandise whenever possible, sourcing suppliers with strong sustainable business practices, minimizing paper use with digital alternatives, using recycled cotton for our linens bags, utilizing recycled paper for most label creation and even giving new life to something as small used paper towels in the Scent Department by making wax fire starters out of them when we go on camping trips!

As a small business ourselves this is a subject that is very close to our hearts. Many of our suppliers, vendors, and designers are small businesses as well. We do as much development, creation, and product manufacturing in-house as possible but, do rely on relationships with many other businesses to make the wheels turn here at John Linens. Although our linen perfumes (sprays) are made in-house we do count on a family-owned print shop to accessorize and screen print items for us such as our recycled cotton linen bags. In addition, all product printing, signage, some of our labels that are not made in-house, etc are produced by a family-owned print shop out of Texas. Most of our graphic design work that is not done in-house is done by a local graphic design artist right here in Woodstock. Last, most of our packaging, shipping, and a vast majority of our inventory is managed and shipped from our other facility right here in North Georgia by another family-owned warehouse and management company which we are very proud of!
This was actually an easy choice for Natalie and Chase. Both sides of the family consist primarily of teachers, coaches, and public service employees and professionals and many of them are still in this profession to this day including Natalie. In addition, as parents, Natalie and Chase are passionate about protecting and providing for children. Also, with family members that have served in all areas of public service including the military and local/state police and fire/EMS it was decided early on that these types of non-profit foundations were on the short list of causes they wanted to try and help. The one local non-profit, Jacob's Ladder, is a school with a great message and objective and we want to see this school thrive and continue to help children in need. The other two organizations focus on children, families, and caregivers of fallen soldiers, police, EMS, fire, and all lines of public service here in the US and a vast majority of the money donated actually goes directly towards the cause so, it was a perfect fit. All in all, John Linens is very proud to contribute to these causes and loves the fact that the customer gets to point the donation in the direction that is the best fit for them!
All our linen perfumes/sprays are made right here in our John Linens Scent Dept! From developing to creation to packaging it all happens right here at our main facility. Depending on inventory and the additional items that are purchased with your order determine which of our local warehouses fulfill the order but, it was handcrafted at our main facility. What's in the linen perfumes? Only the highest quality ingredients are all based and made right here in the US! From our organic/vegan sugarcane perfumers' alcohol to our premium essential oils and phthalate-free fragrance oils everything is supplied by our US partners and handcrafted right here in-house.
All our development, testing, quality control, packaging, and shipping is done right here in Georgia. We also work with a multigenerational family-run textile manufacturing partner in China for a majority of sheet production and initial quality control. When selecting a partner to work with it was crucial that not only our linens be manufactured exactly to our specifications, and level of quality and properly utilize our proprietary smart fiber fabric but also follow many of the same business practices we expect our partners in the states to follow such as reducing environmental impact and implementing fair labor practices and in addition, be ISO 9001 certified. Our luxury Signature Series sheets are made with our proprietary blend of smart fabric which is an athletic-grade poly-fiber that is double-brushed. This material and method of finishing give us the ability to offer a ton of features in a high-quality sheet that cotton really can not, such as the perfect blend of a soft yet breathable fabric that is built tough and packed with additional features such as being pilling resistant, temperature regulating, hypoallergenic, soft but not slick, do not contain any spandex and a ton more! In addition, all of our sheet products and pillowcases are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified so you can rest assured that no toxic components were used.
When you are checking out in your shopping cart you will see a dropdown menu towards the bottom of the checkout screen which allows you to select which non-profit you would like John Linens to contribute to for your order.
