Shipping

All John Linens products ship right here out of North Georgia from one of our two locations. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. Please note that we are closed for most major holidays and orders will not be processed until the following business day. Our methods of shipping are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. At this time all packages ship via one of those carriers' ground services. Unfortunately, we do not ship out of the US BUT, we are working hard on adding this option in the near future! Once a tracking number has been assigned our system will notify you via email along with your tracking number. 

Multiple Packages

Depending on the size of the order placed and the inventory on hand, some orders might ship out of both warehouses and will be a "split shipment". In the event that this is the case, you will receive tracking for multiple packages.

Available to U.S. residents only

 If shipped via Ground, packages should be received within: 

 2-3-days for Eastern States (New England, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast)

 2-3 days for Central States (Midwest and Gulf Coast) 

 3-5 days for Mountain and Western States 

 7+ days for Alaska and Hawaii (this time could exceed 7 days for linen sprays due to it being a liquid)

Returns /Cancellations 

John Linens does accept returns for a full refund of all sheets and pillowcases within the first 30 days of receiving your product IF the product is still in the original packaging, etc. NOTE: If item is described as not removed from packaging and it is received and has been attempted to be repacked this does not qualify as a return and will be sent back. We do understand that sometimes an incorrect color or size could have been ordered, etc so we will be diligent to make sure this gets resolved for you quickly. Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns of fragrances, linen sprays, etc due to the nature of the product, shipping, etc. If you feel you have received a linen spray that was damaged, "gone bad" or something along those lines please notify John Linens immediately upon receiving your product and we will do our best to remedy the situation. These will be taken on a case-by-case basis. 

If you have a question in regards to your order that might not be an actual return situation or if you have a warranty question in regards to your sheets/pillowcases please do not hesitate to email us at support@johnlinens.com or give us a call at 404.975.0717 and Press Option 2 for support. 

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel please give us a call at 404.975.0717 to start the cancellation process. Please note that in some instances orders can be filled and shipped within a few hours of purchase so calling immediately will increase the chance of catching the order before it goes out the door.

In the event you would like to return a sheets order with John Linens supplying a return label there is an $8.00 return postage fee for orders containing 2 sets of sheets or less, which will be deducted from your return credit. For larger orders postage will be determined on a per order basis. If you choose to mail back the return using your own USPS or UPS source then this charge will not be incurred.  The item must be in like-new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like-new" means unopened, undamaged, unused, and salable.  Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival to report if any significant damage happened in transit. John Linens reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Certain items designated as ‘sale’ or discontinued are not returnable. If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a code promotion or other dollar or percentage-off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.

Gift Cards 

Unfortunately, John Linens does not accept returns on gift cards. If you did receive a John Linens product as a gift, returns will fall under the same first 30 days return policy if the product is still in original packaging and is "Like-New".  Any like-new returned gift will be refunded in the form of store credit.
